      Orangery Soap want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive.  And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handcrafted and has never been used by another customer.  To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

      Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@orangerysoap.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

      Please notify us by email at info@orangerysoap.com  within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product.

      Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card, Apple Pay or Paypal account used at the time of purchase. 

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
